Our olive oil has returned from
pressing, and is a rich green colour and delicious. As always it is strong, and therefore smaller
quantities are used as well as it lasting for 3 years in the bottle. It is
organically grown and produced from Lecchino,
Coratino, Mission and Frantoia varieties
all from the farm, and in that same peppery European style we favour.
