Today is
WORLD ELEPHANT DAY and since all of us in this family love elephants, the day
deserves a Fynbos post.

This little Ellie was so excited to see the waterhole, she darted out from under the watchful eye of her mom and aunt and dashed to the pool hell-bent on her afternoon swim. Once in she had quite a lot of trouble keeping her trunk up and spent some time spluttering about, but in the end she got it right.
