This year's winemaking on video!
Kevin, one of
our winemaking volunteers, loaded this time-lapse video of us making
Sangiovese. Turn your sound on to enjoy the very appropriate music, and every
now and then check out the tank filling on the right hand of the frame. That’s
the objective of all the activity : Sangiovese pressed and in tank ready to
go to barrel.
