The great events we have had at Fynbos would not have been possible without the help we have had from numerous volunteers. Beginning with Claire and Adele from France, we have had a run of great volunteers. Our `oldest’ volunteers, Frans and Judith from Gauteng, spent 6 weeks with us checking out country life, and coinciding with them, were Nina and Doug, Paul and Jess from the UK and Allison and Jeremy from the US. Mostly volunteers helped make wine, but they also redesigned our website and helped with gardening, sewing and building maintenance. Volunteer help with winemaking has also come from South African friends and visitors including Cheryl from Australia, Glynn and Gill from New Bethesda and Terri from Umgeni. You have all been fantastic.

We spent 6 terrific weeks in Fynbos as volunteers, Diana and Johan were absolutely wonderful (friendly, simple and patient...)! We learnt many things, discovered lovely scenery and ate delicious food and wine :)
We'll definitely NEVER forget and we hope to come back one day (maybe for our weddings!!)
